BEIJING--State media says that the Chinese Basketball Association will prevent contracted NBA players who play for national teams in the case of U.S. season is canceled, but allow for free agents.
Friday's announcement is cash players under contract, such as Carmelo Anthony and Chris Paul. Interested in playing in China, when the NBA work dispute had on you and others and the cancellation of all or part leads the 2011 / 12 season voiced.
The CBA Friday said it is still welcome to NBA player in the CBA free agent, but they need an entire season to play in China, the Xinhua News Agency reported. CBA officials could not immediately be reached for comment.
