Level 1:

Extreme air conditioning - Sprint longer distances + ascent obstacles faster
Sleight of hand - reload faster + faster weapon swapping
Scavanger - reload ammunition bags + spawn with more ammunition
Blind eye - undetectable by air support + fast Launcher lock and additional support in the air damage
Recon - marked explosive damage target on HUD + bullet damage brands target on HUD

Step 2:

A HardLine - less kill for Killstreak + supports two count as kill one to the next Killstreak
Assassin - immune to UAV, heartbeat sensor, motion sensor and thermal + immune to CUAV & EMP
Overkill - two primary weapons + second primary can have 2 installations.
Quckdraw - faster target below attractions + faster animation of equipment and throw grenade
Blastshield - flack jacket (immune to the most explosives) + immune to stuns and flashes

Level 3:

Sitrep - enemy equipment is visible + enemy traces are clear
Your silent tracks are deathly silence + no fall damage
Stalker - faster movement with ADS + delay on claymores
Marksman - ID purpose of range + more hold breath scoped weapons
Steady aim - fire increased hip accuracy + faster pursuit down sight during the Sprint.
