Help # 002 wads install errors for me,

I was very old-fashioned, very very out of date (WAD Manager 1.3 had and were already go from 1.8)
Now is the point that all new wads that I install a blue screen saying get error # 002 me!
I've tried:
Mega Man 10 (and the truth, that you want to play)
Mario Party 2
I download no longer, because it seems to be a loss of time. If the answer please tell me I'm really desperate now X_x
