Decision of the Supreme Court in the value of the waste of money

Many players have thanked the United States Supreme Court to declare after all the first amendment rights, the video games to earn and put a stop to the seemingly unnecessary spending money of the taxpayers in this area in the State legislators in the United States.

I am however thankful for this so-called waste of money. It is a matter for a District Court or District Court, to say no, but there nothing like the thundering echoes of a Supreme Court of Hammer - is the ultimate ban hammer - beat the hearts of people with the ring tone is "Heeeellll, Noooo!" (Hear the snap to you?) It is the sound that only money can buy.

Since this a 5-4 split, or even a 6-3 split, but a 7-2 was not. No competition. UH-UH. Boo-ya! No more exploitation of children as a defense. Not more so-called academic studies on the violent impact of video games. No more video games, as more dangerous, because they interactive and different. Riffraff, rabble, mob. Can win with him. Can play with him. End of this.

While there are some things that should protect the law, children are not against (harassment, for one), video games one of them. It is the responsibility of the ESRB, retailers, publishers, and especially parents, to decide to age-restrictive measures and whether their children are exposed to certain video games should or not.

We know that parents already have a hard time looking after their children guards every hour of day, but video games now a part of their education are and if she still do not, it is time to get involved. Whether to not at all video games in the House or with your children play Mortal Kombat means, is that now your choice and no one else.
