CHARLOTTE, NC-Richard Childress was $150,000 on Monday fined for attacking Kyle Busch, the latest incident in an ongoing feud between very polarizing race car driver and Childress Racing teams.

NASCAR places also Childress on probation until the end of the year, the team owner to find only fault for Saturday's incident at Kansas Speedway. The 65-year-old grandfather apparently approached Bush after the truck race, placed him in a headlock and punched him several times.

"We feel this action is appropriate and are convinced that all involved parties understand our position in this matter and will move forward," NASCAR said in a statement.

Childress, who avoided a suspension of NASCAR, was annoyed that Joey Coulter in the cool-down lap after the race, Busch came had.

He said in a statement that he accepts the punishment, but he apologize for his actions.

"First of all, I am responsible for my actions, plain and simple," he said. "As you know, I am a very principled person and have a passion for what we do at Richard Childress Racing." I believe passionately in my team and my sponsor to defend partner. In this case, I have the passion and my emotions you get the best of me.

"I accept the penalty NASCAR announced today, and as a company we now race at the Pocono Raceway and Texas focuses on this week Motor Speedway."

It is not clear is what probation regarding Childress as a car owner. As nothing more than a slap on the, NASCAR Chairman Brian France defines probation last month as "a different set of eyes and expectations" for drivers, adding wrist would have flexibility on the circuit limited.

For Childress, it could only mean he must stay away from Busch for the remainder of the year.

Busch and Kevin Harvick, RCR's top drivers, have fehdete and turn off for years, and the tension was sparked last month after a race in Darlington. A movement of Busch late caused wreck Harvick in the race, with his teammate Clint Bowyer and Harvick tried his car in front of Busch on pit road express his displeasure after exiting after the race.

Richard Childress had said in May that he wouldn't tolerate Kyle Busch damaging more of his equipment. Busch and Harvick were a fine of $25,000 each for the incident, and on probation by June 15.

Childress indicate that he damage Bush no more RCR equipment would not tolerate. So after the race Coulter hard in the last rounds in Kansas on Saturday, Bush met in the 21-year-old in the cool-down lap, had probably his displeasure about something Coulter done show during the race.

The law is fairly common in racing, and probably between two drivers after each event happens.

Nevertheless, it seemed the last straw for Childress, which according to some reports his watch and handed it over to grandson Austin Dillon before Busch.

NASCAR met Sunday morning individually with Bush, his team owner of Joe Gibbs and Childress, the announcement that Bush played no role in the dispute and was not blamed for everything occurred. The owner was thrown out, everything was placed blame Childress, which are for the race on Sunday to stay, because NASCAR determined was his four car organization without leadership would be.

Childress was limited, but where he could go within the line and he spent most of the event watch out on one of the team be tug.

Bush said that he does not believe that he had done nothing to justify the conflict.

"I don't know that I was doing nothing unusual, that would provoke such a thing as Mr. Childress,", said Bush, indicating that he would press his loving not against Childress. "I'm going to leave it up to NASCAR, and they can decide what they feel is best."

It was four years ago, that Childress top on the list of team owners Busch after the release of Hendrick Motorsports to pursue. Despite his immense talent had his immaturity expendable made him if Rick Hendrick, Dale Earnhardt, Jr. could sign.

Team owner then lined up to sign Busch, and Childress was at the front of the charge. He defended Bush throughout the process, and not stop hunting after him despite the rivalry between Bush and Harvick.

"You have to remember age - I can call you here a handful were eight or 10 guys at his age," said Childress during Busch 2007 free agency. "He is learning." You get every new experience, formed a little more and I would say this it has trained a little more.

"Kyle is a very young talented such as many, many I've seen come and be like that." Kyle has a great future ahead of him. Old, time, everything, it all comes with experience. "

Bush eventually signed with Joe Gibbs Racing, and won 17 Sprint Cup race and a nationwide Series Championship since. He is a consistent championship contender and is currently ranked fifth in the Wertung--behind Harvick.
