The launch of the market of Nintendo 3DS, eShop, has just taken a hit. A hit of God damn serious. Capcom today announced Mega Man Legends 3: prototype version has been delayed and not be hit the launch window.

"Has always been our objective in the production of this game to create something that would provide a fun time for all," said producer Tatsuya Kitabayashi in a blog entry on Capcom Unity, "and from here on, will be to keep this objective with a renewed desire to create a high quality product." "Please, wait only a little since!"

Nintendo recently revealed the 3DS firmware update add eShop comes on June 7.

If you are not familiar, the subtitle of prototype version comes from the strangeness of the development of the game. Mega Man Legends 3 isn't safe. Prototype version is a segment of payment in the development of the game, designed to do two things: financial indicators in the game and allow a window of dedicated fans who have been working with Capcom to influence the development of the game at work.

It is a demo... but it isn't. Thus, the method of payment. Capcom has not announced the price for the prototype version in United States, but is charging 200 yen ($2.40) in Japan. Quite similar prices it would make sense.

"The nature of game development is that sudden changes are likely to occur at any time, one after another," said Mega Man Legends 3 web Planner Kinako Ikawa in another post. "But to make everyone wait even more for this game a result it is very unfortunate that all of us are for."

Capcom said more details about what is happening with the version is coming soon.
