LAPD holds suspected in beating the Giants fan

LOS ANGELES--the Los Angeles police chief says a tip by a probation officer led the rival teams season opener to the arrest of one of the suspects in the attack on San Francisco Giants fan outside Dodger Stadium after.

In an afternoon press conference at the stadium, Chief Charlie Beck said the man arrested early Sunday believed is, to the "main aggressor" be beat in the 31 March, that left Bryan stow with brain damage.

An emotional Beck welcomes the work of 20 full-time detectives he said 630 leads in the case so far to have been.

The suspect, whose Name was not immediately released, was among several people for questioning after police served search warrants set out.
