As promised, Nintendo has the first 10 games - all NES Classic - in the 3DS-eShop available. At first glance it might seem that you're missing the virtual console. Nintendo has hidden them inside the eShop settings menu. Here is how the download Ambassador program title:

1. Select Nintendo 3ds HOME menu on the Nintendo eShop icon.
2. Scroll links and choose "Settings / other".

3. Scroll down and select "Your Downloads" to view a list of the transactions. The NES game will be, listed here as soon as they download. 4 available. Tap "Re download", then "Download".
