It's not clear when XCOM will arrive, but it won't be happening until after March 31, 2012.

2K Games had announced XCOM would launch on March 6, 2012, but parent company Take-Two Interactive announced its second quarter fiscal results and revealed the game’s moving past that date.

XCOM is now scheduled for “fiscal 2013,” which is sometime between April 1, 2012 and March 31, 2013.

Borderlands 2 is in the same boat: fiscal 2013.

Spec Ops: The Line has also seen significant delays, and Take-Two has tweaked its release window to “first half fiscal 13,” which would place the game sometime before the holidays.

And what about Grand Theft Auto V? As per usual, Take-Two is quiet on the latest from Rockstar Games. The company is typically conservative about disclosing anything regarding Rockstar products, and it’s not surprising Grand Theft Auto V is no different. Both the platforms and and release date (even year!) are both listed as “TBA.” Perhaps hope for a Wii U version?

Lastly, BioShock Infinite remains a "calendar year 2012," which means it's on track for...well, next year.

What more can I say, really? Rockstar Games has posted a teaser logo on their site confirming that a trailer is coming for Grand Theft Auto V on November 2nd. Did you read what I just said? Grand Theft FUCKING Auto Five!!!!

I know it's difficult to believe after all the rumors and all of the hoaxes. But go ahead, visit rockstargames.com and see for yourself.

With all these shenanigins, from Reddit to GamingPolitics, I'm going to need some strength... *ahem* I'll order two number nines, a number nine large, a number six with extra dip, a number seven, two number forty-fives, one with cheese, and a large soda. (Diet Coke, please.)

Today's announcement that Grand Theft Auto V was indeed on its way, even to the point that Rockstar Games was ready to show off an announcement trailer, was surprising to no one. We're very ready for the latest installment of the world's most controversial video game.

Spending hours upon hours in Grand Theft Auto IV's version of Liberty City has left us with quite the impression, but now that Grand Theft Auto V is officially on its way, let's examing what we know so far (very little) and narrow down the possibilities for GTA V's next location.

We'll start off by saying that Rockstar Games will not be taking players back to Liberty City for the latest GTA installment. That's stale. If we know anything about the elusive mega-developer, it's that Rockstar likes to keep things fresh.

We've really only got a logo to go on at this point, but there are some telling details inherent in the massive splash page. Grand Theft Auto V's logo features a roman-numeral 5 with the word "Five" spelled out in front of it. Since Grand Theft Auto III, numerical entries in the series have meant a return to Liberty City. Our guess is that the V in this logo will mean something.

Obviously, we're talking Vice City, but will a modern day Miami make for the amazing narative Rockstar is sure to cook up? We're not so sure. Once you've done 80s Miami, there might not be too much to go back to. Instead, the currency-esque V in the latest GTA's logo suggests a locale with a big focus on money and business.

We're thinking Los Santos, the San Andreas stand-in for Los Angeles. With California acting as the eighth largest economy IN THE WORLD, it make sense for a Grand Theft Auto to focus on the land of stars, business, drugs, police, race, and lower-, middle-, and upper-class citizens. Los Angeles presents the optimal locations for a totally varied cast of characters and a totally varied landscape.

It certainly helps that Rockstar Games has a ton of assets and research already built up in their recent development of crime-caper L.A. Noire. It makes sense that those utilties could be put to better use by the in-house development teams at Rockstar Games.

Rockstar Games has announced that the 10th Anniversary Edition of Grand Theft Auto III will be coming to select iOS and Android devices. They've only given "later this fall" as a release timeframe, and it's only available to the devices listed below:
