Steelers star Ward was arrested and charged with DUI
DECATUR, GA. - Pittsburgh Steelers Ward star wide receiver Hines was early Saturday morning in Georgia under the drunken driving charges arrested Sheriffs officials said.
The former Super Bowl MVP and current "dancing with the stars" Champ in DeKalb County prison was Atlanta at 3:41 am and driving under the influence of accused. A prison official said that he has been published $1,300 bond, even though the sheriff's Office Web site said its has been on $1,000 bond. The discrepancy could be resolved immediately Saturday.
The sheriff's Office said it had documents to the courts and could arrest release not more information about the players.
A spokesman for the Steelers did not immediately respond to a message, and it was not immediately clear if Ward a lawyer had.
Since is drafted in the third round of Georgia in 1998, Ward 35-year-old was a four time Pro Bowl selection and won two super bowls.
