Resident Evil: Revelations - Preview
AppId is over the quota
Resident Evil: Revelations is Capcom's attempt to retain the action of Resident Evil 5 while keeping the thrills and sci-fi story of past Resident Evils. That this is on Nintendo 3DS makes the attempt only the more daring. As a return to its survival horror origins, ammunition is more limited, exploration and puzzle-solving are key, and monsters unexpectedly jump out from corridors, ceilings, and whatever holes they like to crawl out of.

Revelations explores one of the first missions that Jill Valentine and Chris Redfield accepts after co-founding the Bioterrorism Security Assessment Alliance (BSAA), though they are not partnered together. Chris and former SOA-agent Jessica Sherawat have gone missing and their last coordinates point Jill Valentine and fellow BSAA operative Parker Luciani to a tempestuous spot in the middle of the Mediterrean Sea that wouldn't be out of place in Deadliest Catch. This leads both duos to shuffle about a steel-bound, semi-flooded cruise ship with hazardous mutants, probably infected with the T-virus—which is all well and good if you're fond of tiptoeing down rusty hallways with heavy, echoing footsteps.
Apart from the newly revealed Keith Lumley and Quint Cetcham, two tech-oriented agents (and otakus) who were shown in a presentation investigating a snowy mountainous area, not much was revealed in terms of the story. The brief thirty-second off-hands demo with these new characters showed off the previously revealed BioScanner “Genesis”, which lets you see invisible enemies by tracking their body heat signatures. Switching between a weapon and the BioScanner is quick and not as cumbersome as switching held items in usual Resident Evil titles, so it's recommended to flip out the BioScanner by using the touch-screen before firing away with the main weapon.

Though Capcom rightfully decided not to show much of the plot, curiously written by Dai Sato of popular Japanese animations Samurai Champloo and Cowboy Bebop, the demo on offer allowed access to the single-player or cooperative multiplayer Raid mode, available ad-hoc or online, that is largely reminiscent of the earlier Resident Evil: Mercenaries on 3DS. The point is to clear short stages that reward you with higher-level weapons and custom parts that increase their damage, ammo capacity, and firing rate. Capcom admits that Raid mode is essentially based on loot lust, but it's an addictive mode that should give the game a lot of replay value.
In an interesting departure from the main series, damage to enemies is indicated by numbers that pop out of enemies like a traditional RPG. Yellow numbers mean standard hits whereas red numbers stand for critical hits usually inflicted by well-placed headshots. Also, some monsters will have special icons next to their health over their heads, such as a fist to signify tremendous physical strength or a shield to denote physical resilience.

Turning around with the camera is a tad finicky at the moment, though the game will support the upcoming circle pad accessory announced by Nintendo. It also features multiple control setups, different colors for laser sights for the color-blind, subtitles and dialogue for five languages, and an enhancer for 3D depth to complement the 3D slider. Most importantly—and I quote from Capcom—you can clear your save data.
Resident Evil: Revelations slips its way onto the Nintendo 3DS on February 7, 2012 in North America.
Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City - Preview
AppId is over the quota
Resident Evil has splintered by two genre concepts: a return to the survival horror genre, which Resident Evil: Revelations attempts to rekindle, as well as a reimagining of the series into a third-person action shooter, which defines most of Resident Evil 5 and now Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City. In fact, Operation Raccoon City so surprisingly fast that it feels more like a "Lost Planet: Operation Raccoon City" than a deliberately slow Resident Evil from the past. At the same time, it also continues Capcom's recent trend of revisiting their past games by providing a fresh perspective on the story, like Dead Rising: Off the Record, so it's not surprising that they've decided to circle back to the events in Raccoon City.

Set between the plot of Resident Evil 2 and Resident Evil 3: Nemesis, the story will have you take the role of the Umbrella Security Service (USS), whose primary mission is to destroy any and all evidence that would implicate Umbrella for developing the t-virus and accidentally turning nearly all the citizens of Raccoon City into walking biohazards. As the bad guys for hire, you oppose the Special Operations team at every turn and can make “what-if” decisions like killing Leon Kennedy before he ever steps foot in Europe to save Ashley Graham. Anyone who knows their Resident Evil history will have a (covert) field day with Operation Raccoon City.
Depending on your preferred class type, you can control one of six operatives in a team of four: the badass explosives specialist Beltway, the recon and cloaking expert Vector, the medic Bertha, the sniper Spectre, the scientist Four Eyes, and the assault team leader Lupo. If you're playing solo, you can select the other three team members that would best complement the mission at hand, though it's far easier to switch to cooperative multiplayer and work together with someone rather than idiot AI's. Instead of having each squad member having a seperate level, experience points gathered from intel and completing missions can be spent flexibly on learning passive and active abilities on whomever's skill tree you want. Regrettably, Capcom had no further information on the multiplayer.

No matter whom you choose, though, the third-person combat is surprisingly fast, with the ability to sprint across a medical lab almost twice as quickly as it would take in Resident Evil 4, dive right into cover behind some reinforced crate, and then pop out of cover for a few well-timed shots to the opposition. If that weren't enough, you can execute foes with a stab to the gut and then a shotgun blast to the face.
Most guns fire in quick bursts and ammo can be easily found throughout the facility. There's little time to turn around sluggishly, plant your feet, and aim slowly at a monster's head with a laser sight. The one exception, though, is during certain boss battles, particular the one which we were shown where you have to scurry down a lengthy entranceway and evade fire jets and a g-virus mutant from petting you on your head with its fist.
Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City releases on March 20, 2012 for PS3 and Xbox 360 and on PC later at an unannounced date.
Resident Evil: Code Veronica X HD - GR Review
AppId is over the quota
There are few games that are as crazy as Resident Evil: Code Veronica. It can be considered the turning point in the Resident Evil series, where things just got plain nutty and were not worth caring about if it didn't make sense. The Redfields make their way outside of the U.S. in search of Umbrella Corporation and Wesker, previously presumed dead, has returned and cemented himself as the series' super-human ultra badass villain. Not to mention, a whole slew of newer and weirder creatures mutated by whatever alphabet letter virus has been unleashed, as well as a schizophrenic crossdressing weirdo bad guy and a hilariously obnoxious Canadian who everyone loves to hate.

Fans of modern Resident Evil games will scoff at how primitive Code Veronica plays these days. It's one of the last few, if not the actual last game in the series to feature the "tank" control scheme Resident Evil was known for. Funnily enough, even though it was originally released on the Dreamcast, Veronica plays relatively stiffer than Resident Evil 3: Nemesis, which came out around the same time and, although it was still cumbersome, featured some new nimble moves like dodging. For a fan like me, though, it only took a few minutes to reacquaint myself with the controls; granted, new players will hate it for a little while longer.
Combat is somewhat easier in this version of Resident Evil thanks to a built-in auto-aim feature, but that doesn't rid the game of some kinks that you would do well to learn early on, like not unleashing clips of ammo on monsters during their "stagger" animation that prevents them from being damaged. Code Veronica is also one of the stingier games in the series in regards to ammunition, with a finite amount that has to be used sparingly if you ever hope to make it through to the end. This is one of those games where it's extremely easy to get screwed out of options, forcing you to restart.

Frustrations aside, Code Veronica is still a very charming game. Characters are super cheesy and the dialogue is just plain bad, to the point of being hilarious. The story here, like I mentioned before, is ridiculous but a ton of fun to follow through for fans who might have missed this particular entry in the long-running convoluted series. The X version of Code Veronica added a few new cutscenes that add a little more backstory to Wesker's return, but besides some extra instances of horrible voice-acting, it was basically a re-release of the Dreamcast original.
Similar to the Resident Evil 4 re-release, Code Veronica X HD gets its share of Trophies/Achievements, but they are again limited to only 12. Most are earned with a normal playthrough, with a few exceptions like having you go through the game only saving once and not dying. Once you're done with the main game, you can savor the awesomeness of battle mode, Mercenaries mode's forefather, where you're locked in an arena and forced to kill enemies as fast as possible.

In terms of the HD in the title, there was very little actually done to this game's visuals or the presentation, per se. We do get a nifty widescreen aspect ratio to gaze at, but the graphics are the same thing you'd see in the original releases along with the intact soundwork. Coming fresh from Dead Island and hearing absolutely horrific "voice work" for the zombies in that game, it was absolutely laugh out loud funny to go back to the "ughs" and "aghs" of the old Resident Evil ghouls.
Even so, it's not really fair to judge Code Veronica solely based on how old of a game it is. Yes, it feels extremely stiff and archaic at spots, but it's still playable and totally worth diving into. Whether you are interested in discovering where this trip to a remote prison island takes you or if you only want to relive your early 2000s scares, Code Veronica is still a fun and relatively long Resident Evil adventure.

Resident Evil 4 HD - GR Review
AppId is over the quota
It goes without saying that Resident Evil 4 is an extremely important game. It introduced concepts that are still paramount to many popular modern franchises like Gears of War and Dead Space. There's also no need to mention that Capcom likes to re-release their games. Over and over again.
Resident Evil 4 HD is the latest re-release of the 2005 classic and it's exactly how you remember it: tense, chaotic, and a lot of fun. On the other hand, if you didn't like Resident Evil 4 back then, this version won't change your mind. For me, though, every time I hear that chainsaw revving up in the background and the "Detrás de ti!" yells, little hairs stand up on the back of my neck and that "What the heck do I do?" panic takes over.

Regardless of the lack of new features in this re-release, Resident Evil 4 is still a fantastic game. This is still one of the most dramatic third-person shooters ever, even though in comparison to newer games, it feels a little stiff due to awkward control options. Unlike the Wii release of Leon's (un-)merry quest in Spain, this PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 port does not feature any sort of motion control support and the supported control options are a little on the confusing side. The initial controller setting is basically the input style from the early Resident Evil games, while the second option somewhat attempts to mimic the controls from Resident Evil 5, in which the shooting is mapped to the trigger shoulder buttons.
Even though this is called Resident Evil 4 HD, it's far from being a remake. All the textures are the same from past versions of the game and the only visual upgrade that we get is an upscale to the resolution. Things do look muddy here and there, especially if you stop and look (and die because that's what happens when you do that). You're also still greeted by the absurd story that features incredibly cheesy Spanish one-liners by the enemy villagers and the absolute indifference in delivery by the hero Leon Kennedy. Heck, do yourself a favor and be sure to say hello to our old pal, the shopkeeper, along the way too. He still has the best deals around on just about everything, stranger.

Trophy/Achievement hunters, beware—this HD release does feature your beloved awards, but unlike Resident Evil 5, none of these challenges are particularly original or well-thought-out. You'll earn most of your virtual bling by simply playing through Resident Evil 4, with a couple of exceptions. Granted, there is a lot of replay value once you complete the game for the first time in the form of Mercenaries mode, which recently spun-off to its own unique game and both of the mini-games that feature femme fatale Ada Wong and her dealings with the "Oh, no, they're not zombies", the Ganados. Also, just like Resident Evil 5, you're free to carry over your inventory and replay through the game in round two or start over and torture your soul in professional mode.
If you're a Resident Evil 4 veteran that has played through its many reissues over the years, there's not really much to be impressed by this release on the current-gen consoles. Even so, Resident Evil 4 is still a terrifying ride, especially if you missed it the first time around and would like to experience one of the most influential games from the past decade.

Estoy buscando el juego Resident Evil 2, en la versión para PC. Aquí los datos del juego.
Nombre: Resident Evil 2 / Biohazard 2 (Japón).
Desarrollador: Capcom.
Plataforma: PC (Nintendo 64, PS, Dreamcast, Nintendo GC).

Capcom does not allow reset save game for resident evil 3ds

All versions of Resident Evil: the mercenaries 3D demonstrably not players save their can reset data with the following line in that manual clearing States that "Data stored on this software can not be reset".
This would be a reason for the Capcom to screw could be the fact that this is in part a multiplayer game, and they not want to see people their data to the leaderboards reset up. But the more cut culprit would be, that they restrict used game trade total sales want to stop. I mean, not this game to someone else as a gift, give, be it because you want to play from the saving data...
Is this measure too invasive?

Resident Evil: The mercenary 3D - 3ds - GR-review

Is "damn, where the hell the next extension of the time?" Shit, my combo box is out run! C ' Mon, where is another guy, Kill… Yes! Phew, just in time... Oh fuck, a chainsaw guy! Shit, shit, Shit… Majini by my way get stupid! C ' Mon, is not why this chainsaw fucker die! It is my last Grenade… oh man, that was close. Are Ugh, where some other herbs? Oh, over there, Sweet… Oh fuck, an other chainsaw guy! "Are you kidding me fucking?"
If you've played mercenary mode either Resident Evil 4 or 5, then the above inner monologue (or, if you have a tendency, self talk and can be found alone in a Xbox Live party outer) sound very familiar. With Resident Evil: the mercenaries 3D, that same brand of frantic, "run, gun, and run again," adrenaline burst survival action is now in the Palm of your hand.
As full price 3DS-Spiel but we need more than just a port side missions to the last games. Here's the skinny: mercenary 3D offers 30 levels to blast hordes of not quite zombies for this precious high scores 8 characters and 30 customizable capabilities for you. Is it enough? Well, depends on the like, how much you before mercenary mode.
The game is a bit rough graphically at the edges, which surprised given as high-profile it is and how well Resident Evil: revelations searches (more on that later). The characters are looking for good close, but if you look around long enough in the environments you are blurry textures, where you look on the ground. More clearly the graphical problems for distant opponents - are long way they get rough, the their animations. There are also some glitchy hit detection with enemies, which was demolished have - quite a few times I've tried, right a grounding-type villain only for my ball go through him have to shoot. Think that's what I get for the fight by dirty.
What is on the gameplay it impressively close, what you remember from the console versions. The circle pad is a comfortable alternative to a-stick, while the shoulder and face buttons take care of your shooting and reloading needs. There is also the possibility for a more FPS style setup where you move with the circle pad and keys control your view with a face. This scheme has the advantage, with the aim of a premiere for the modern RE, move, but does also, because it is clunky face buttons in this way use it.

Box LCD game box says a total of 30 levels, but, that's just the truth a little twist (kind of like to say that Chris Redfield received only from the work ofthis buff). There are 30 missions, you will find in a familiar level from the history of RE4 or 5 . They range from RE4village, Castle and island RE5mine and docks, and while the locales are diverse, she mission mission get; the only things that you are the types and the difficulty of the enemy.
The skill system is a new addition, which is ways to extend the replay value for what otherwise would be a simple high score hunting arcade style game. The points you earn to complete missions go in the direction of alignment of up to three abilities which you set for your chosen character. These capabilities result in the gamut of additional healing herbs, harm with various types of weapons, the luck-based additions in the remaining time. Each capability has on more and more with experience and giving an extra bonus three levels, maxing.
But mercenary is only half as fun even. Fortunately, mercenary 3D takes a page from RE5 with duo mode, where two people together via local or online multiplayer. And just like RE5, the game only really begins with CO surgical lights. The more difficult levels can get frustratingly difficult with a player, so it's nice with someone who has back, to play, even if it is only a foreign. And it is much more fun to work together , shelves combo strips and cut the enemies only a whole hell regardless of whether they are able to treat of the missions solo, huge mini-boss.

Connect with someone online is a simple process, and if you join host or another game (you will receive either way on your game), you have to wait to start, never very long shoot the noticeably ethnic zombies, we know and love. Delay can sometimes be a problem, especially when you consider that the gameplay revolves to short Windows of time, you may be stunned enemy melee. If you or your partner not so hot Internet is, end can co-op-am is a disadvantage rather than an advantage.
And a big problem is the lack of online leaderboards. This is a game, which almost exclusively to the high scores. The inability to your rank as well as other mercenaries player around the world, or even view your friends is downright confusing.
Finally, a short demo for Resident Evil: revelations comes to the mercenary game-card, but please, please, not your purchase are based on. The demo of the early part of Jill Valentine a derelict ship out at sea is awesome - about 10 minutes. Seriously, if you blink it over. Still, it is only an added bonus a welcome addition. On the plus side for you, it a fucking scary 10 minutes is a survival-horror purists. The revelations demo is already much more worrying than at any time of RE4 or 5.
Mercenary-3D is a fun and action-packed game, assuming that you have to play with others. You can easily lose hours at a time online or, if you're lucky, know someone else is who are the game by local co-op. Offering the ability system and medals for the performance of certain tasks (read: services), Capcom of highlighted efforts made to expand the mercenary mode into a full game. If you are not in the whole arcade style of game where the crux of busy gunning for high scores (which is can be shared), is $40 from an asking price far too steep.
Is revolution report card + mercenaries imitated game play perfect on a handheld + good graphics on the first glance..., which worsen, if you it enough + co-op eighth an explosion-... but no online leaderboards? Come on! + Skill system is nice addition to you play +/-very short, scary revelations demo not in the value of the full price for non-arcade junkiesMore information on resident evil: the mercenaries-3D
Resident Evil on Wii U A likely possibility
With Resident Evil: the mercenaries 3D (stay tuned for the review, coming very soon) release of this week and Resident Evil: revelations in the works for next year release, Capcom is their history of strong support for Nintendo hardware. I think that it makes no surprise, that the team behind operation raccoon city some strong interest in a RE game for the Wii-U in an interview with CVGhas expressed.
Although nothing has been announced yet officially, producer Masachika Kawata was enthusiastically on from Outlook:
"But for me personally, I would love to do just that." It is a very, very interesting hardware. Whenever I find you get under new game consoles and its new possibilities in my mind, start the ideas just flowing. I would like to absolutely make a resident evil. I love the idea to play the game, even if my wife or my children come and steal the TV. "This is great, brilliant."
Kenji Matsuura, a designer on the team with his own thoughts follow:
"as game designers, when I see U Wii, my first thought: ' Oh wow, I could do this or, or what would happen if I try a game like X, Y or Z.' my motivation now goes through the roof and I would like to try a lot of interesting new things." "Nothing is specially adopted for resident evil but it would be interesting."
With the 3DS-exclusiven RE title from, and a potential Wii U release it feels how much like the early 2000's, when Capcom their weight behind the GameCube with null-RE and the remake of RE, threw culminating in the release of the (then) exclusive RE4. Given, as well, that turned out, could be this shockingly good news.

Real or fake? Resident Evil UmbrellaLabs website

A website named umbrellalabs.com was revealed with the umbrella Corporation logo and is "We know the secrets of the ultimate success," declare. Everything about it sees no dinky - map and no links anywhere - why so there is a countdown on the right side? Or is this only Capcom messing with my mind and make it so it look nothing is important?
A quick Search who.is says that it 13, 2010, was created in April, although the copyright fresh 2011, a Luis Diego Ordenana Sanchez in Palmares, is Costa Rica. I'm a fake in direction, leaning, unless the next resident evil will be in Costa Rica... It is only confusing. Is this the purpose a fake, what is? She have more than one year now, all show, had. I think we just have to wait and find out...
