His case with the missing erasers is not over, and he is again once the quiet town of Scoggins visit, Minnesota, in search of answers to questions that were left in the air at the end of the last game.
Nelson's bosses are not exactly beaming with enthusiasm for his plans to return the case to investigate, and none of this. So limited decides to go rogue (or at least as a "Rogue" he can). He comes to Minnesota and begins his own snooping.
