This is one really modders resource, use to your hearts content or not. Please feel free to retexture the throne, what you want and to modify for your own taste. It therefore used only vanilla networks the only meshes folder.
It is nice to be credited if you are using the throne as it took a few hours in Niftscope.

This mod, the game will add new armor. You find it in the chest (view of screenies on mod page) near the city of Kvatch's oblivion gate.

You need to do all the steps with each mesh that you add, but is that as you make new meshes. It's like I made the throne.
