Sonic: Generations Breaks All Sonic Pre-Order Records

Sega has announced, via press release, that the upcoming Sonic Generations has smashed all previous pre-order records for a Sonic title. With what we've seen from the Blue Blur for the last five years, that fact isn't so surprising. Still, Alan Pritchard, Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing at SEGA of America, is excited for the comeback:
He's not kidding about Sega going full-out on the marketing for the game. Sega has already partnered with Six Flags throughout October to have hands-on stations and marketed messaging of Sonic Generations. Pro skateboarders, like Andy Macdonald and Tony Hawk, have also competed in a tournament celebrating Sonic Generations and Sonic's 20th anniversary that will air on Fox Sports Net on November 25th.Sonic Generations is the ultimate title to cap off Sonic's 20th anniversary and we have put our full support behind it with a number of truly amazing initiatives. This year is a milestone for Sonic and we want to make sure this is the best title that Sonic fans, old and new, have been waiting for.
Additionally, a custom Sonic-themed playground will be built by KaBOOM! for kids in East Oakland, CA at the Youth UpRising community center and Modern Sonic will debut as a helium balloon at th Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade.
Sonic Generations speeds into nationwide stores on November 1, 2011 for X360, PS3, and PC.
The animated series of sonic (Satam) in sonic generations?
Do you not think it would be a good idea that the characters in the series as Sally or Antony in sonic include sonic team generations? I thought it would be a good idea, these characters had much success in the Hedgehog comics.

I'm not one for Sonic games. I was a Nintendo kid.
I'll go ahead and give Generations a shot, but Sonic is on his last legs with this title. Please give us more 2D than 3D Sega. I've got some high hopes after the throwback feel in this trailer from Gamescom in Germany.

Sega has in recent years some flack their 3D Sonic title captured. Shadow the Hedgehog was universally panned and Sonic on PS3 and Xbox 360 was even worse, but it seems, as Sega far nothing can do also with the classic side-scrolling formula wrong. This success story is to the test with their new retro mash-up, Sonic generationsbe made.
As far as a history of which I can collect little evidence, but it looks like "The universes have merged a general situation". There are classic Sonic - portly good and all - run, and you are zooming in addition to the new school, Sonic an enemy so far unnamed stop, which responsible is generations... well, for the mixing of the two. As a result must both hedgehogs to open explosion by both 2D side-scrolling and 3D stages, y ' know, save the day and all.
Only two levels playable, were copies of the first green hill zone stage and the first level of Sonic Adventure 2, but they played well enough to get me excited. I play much SA2, but I played the hell out of the original Sonic and the first level had me Flash back to sit on the floor at the TV as a child. This is for a side-scrolling Sonicabout the best thing we can require that.
The best part is that the 3DS-Version is different incarnations of the console. The only levels to the demo were available the same that but the information I got was offered console versions, that it is a totally unique experience. I hope that this means that the 3ds will while the consoles the larger worlds and live return to re vamp and re-portable layer imagine. And... it supports Street pass. It is completely in the air, what this means - probably Ghost and time data - but there is no way to definitively say.
Sonic generations drop by end of 2011, and I will for a want to see how this from shakes. Brings back that I worship live to this day, make them nice and let you play me as the little chubby "Hog?" I hear...
