Oh, Square Enix... When will you learn? Sometimes when you make a mess, it's best that you just sweep it under the rug, and act like it never happened in the first place. Considering how bad the reception was to Final Fantasy XIV, this would be our recommended course of action. But Square Enix doesn't know when to throw in the towel and is instead planning to release Final Fantasy XIV Version 2.0 next winter. 

Up to this point, Final Fantasy XIV has been free in an attempt to lure players into trying the trainwreck. Square Enix plans to begin the paid subscriptions starting in December of 2011, likely to foot the bill for all of the changes they're making to the upgrade version. Version 2.0 will then be integrated into the current game starting in December 2012. After that in Q1 2013, the full 2.0 client will go on sale for both PC and PS3. A PS3 version of the game has never been released thus far.

Square promises revamped maps to reduce that repetitive feel and completely overhaul the graphics engine. There will be a revamped user interface as well and new servers to improve speed and performance.

They're definitely pushing hard to make FFXIV a success, but with the name already so tarnished, it could all be for naught.

During my time reporting on games, attending trade shows, and being a nerd, I've witnessed a lot of cosplay--both good and bad. Final Fantasy cosplay is among the most popular. This particular Final Fantasy cosplay has ruined the word fantasy for me, forever. I may never be able to fantasize about anything again. Then again, this cosplay may be appropriate for the franchise, considering what a train wreck it has become.

Good to all, I wanted to help on a rather old Juevo already, but I think one of the best in the history of final fantasy 7 questions

Now, to the point, I have no problem to install it only if those who would like to know the game directly from my hard drive is running, must this go to ?ejecutar? and write ?regedit? folders HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Square have soft, Inc \Final Fantasy VII to find. and change the moviepath

Final Fantasy IV is over the years as popular been, apparently, that they needed thought Square-Enix to, expand notable characters tell the stories of the original after their first adventure. I fail to understand why, which is necessary, but hell, it was one of the biggest games in history. Why not give SE, chance based on it? After all was a review of the events before the Final Fantasy Vii, Crisis Core so that a look not so bad either.

IV had not one, but two new versions of flesh from his larger history in recent years: interlude and the after years. The years showed her is not too long on WiiWare while interlude was a band-in Japan-only phone. It's cool that this tie-in the the classic look treatment (both use the same assets used to IV) gave been, but they are always still only slightly higher quality than dem… twenty years before. I hate the stuff, mind you say; Final Fantasy IV is really one of the greatest games of all time, the most influential game of the genre RPG, and it is probably still fully playable today. Just know that absolutely nothing new on the table here is brought.
